Wanneer u begint met het berekenen van de ecologische voetafdruk van uw organisatie, doe dit dan volgens de Greenhouse Gas Protocol - Corporate Standard . Dit is de belangrijkste bron van boekhoudkundige principes, regels en definities. Het bevat ook veel nuttige voorbeelden en best practices. Het document is vooral handig voor de volgende stappen:

Het bepalen van de organisatorische grens van uw voetafdruk (zie hoofdstuk 3)
De operationele grens van uw voetafdruk bepalen (zie hoofdstuk 4)

GHG-protocol - Technische richtlijnen Scope 3

Het doel van deze technische Scope 3-norm is om u een stapsgewijze aanpak te bieden om de impact van uw Scope 3-emissies op een kosteneffectieve manier te begrijpen, om consistente en transparante rapportage te ondersteunen en om effectieve reductiemaatregelen te ontwikkelen. Deze leidraad is een aanvulling op de GHG Corporate Standard en kan worden beschouwd als vervolg om beter te begrijpen hoe rekening moet worden gehouden met Scope 3-emissies. We denken dat de volgende secties vooral nuttig zullen zijn:

Scope 3-emissies identificeren (hoofdstuk 5)
De Scope 3-grens bepalen (hoofdstuk 6)
Gegevens verzamelen (hoofdstuk 7)

GHG-protocol – Technische richtlijnen Scope 2

Dit document introduceert boekhoudkundige en rapportagevereisten met betrekking tot Scope 2-emissies. Deze leidraad is een aanvulling op de GHG Corporate Standard en kan worden beschouwd als vervolg om beter te begrijpen hoe rekening moet worden gehouden met Scope 2-emissies. We denken dat de volgende secties vooral nuttig zijn:

Hoe u rekening houdt met Scope 2-emissies als u deels zelf elektriciteit koopt en deels zelf opwekt (pagina 37-39)

Emissiereductie template

Het emissiereductie-template biedt leveranciers een structuur om een routekaart voor decarbonisatie op te stellen. Het bestand bestaat uit drie secties:

Fiche 1: het template
Fiche 2: een voorbeeld van een ingevuld template
Fiche 3: voorbeelden van reductiemaatregelen

Een goed reductieplan is concreet en compleet. Idealiter zou uw totale koolstofreductie moeten optellen tot uw koolstofreductiedoelstelling. U kunt het template ook toepassen om reductiemaatregelen te prioriteren.

SBTi – netto-nulnorm

Dit document biedt richtlijnen, criteria en aanbevelingen voor bedrijven die wetenschappelijk onderbouwde netto-nuldoelstellingen moeten vaststellen.

De belangrijkste elementen van de Net-Zero Standard zijn:

Korte termijn doelstellingen vaststellen: emissiereductiedoelstellingen voor 5-10 jaar in overeenstemming met het 1,5°C-scenario.
Lange termijn doelstellingen vaststellen: Doelstelling om de emissies uiterlijk in 2050 terug te brengen tot een niveau in overeenstemming met het 1,5°C-scenario.

SBTi – FLAG-richtlijnen

De SBTi Forest, Land and Agriculture (FLAG)-richtsnoeren bieden inzicht in het vaststellen van wetenschappelijk onderbouwde doelstellingen voor landintensieve sectoren, waaronder emissiereducties en -verwijderingen op het land.

Belangrijkste vereisten van de SBTi FLAG-richtsnoeren:

Stel science-based korte en lange termijn FLAG-doelen vast
Stel science-based doelen voor fossiele (non-FLAG) emissie vast
Stel uiterlijk in 2025 ‘zero deforestation’ doelen vast

GHG Protocol – Technical guidance Scope 2

This document introduces accounting and reporting requirements related to Scope 2 emissions. This guidance complements the GHG Corporate Standard and can be considered as a follow-up to better understand how to account for Scope 2 emissions. We think the following sections are especially helpful:

Emission reduction template

The emission reduction template provides suppliers with a structure to create a decarbonisation roadmap. The file consists of three sections:

Sheet 1: The template
Sheet 2: An example of a completed template
Fact sheet 3: Examples of reduction measures

A good reduction plan is concrete and complete. Ideally, your total carbon reduction should add up to your carbon reduction target. You can also use the template to prioritize reduction measures.

SBTi – Net-Zero Standard

This document provides guidelines, criteria, and recommendations for companies that need to set science-based net-zero targets.

The key elements of the Net-Zero Standard are:

Set short-term targets: emission reduction targets for 5-10 years in line with the 1.5°C scenario.
Set long-term targets: Target to reduce emissions to levels consistent with the 1.5°C scenario by 2050.

SBTi – FLAG guidance

The SBTi Forest, Land and Agriculture (FLAG) guidance provides insight into setting science-based targets for land-intensive sectors, including land-based emission reductions and removals.

Key requirements of the SBTi FLAG Guidelines:

Set science-based short- and long-term FLAG goals
Set science-based targets for fossil (non-FLAG) emissions
Set zero deforestation goals by 2025
