Wat moet ik doen als ik een uitnodiging ontvang van zowel CDP als van ImpactBuying?
We vragen leveranciers om slechts één keer te rapporteren. Als u twee uitnodigingen heeft ontvangen, bent u vrij om te kiezen welk platform u wilt gebruiken.
Ik heb een uitnodiging ontvangen voor meerdere dochterondernemingen. Moet ik voor de dochterondernemingen apart rapporteren?
We vragen leveranciers om op bedrijfsniveau te rapporteren en alle dochterondernemingen in dit verslag op te nemen. Wel vragen we de dochterondernemingen die u opneemt in de rapportage te benoemen.
Mijn organisatie levert producten aan meerdere merken/dochterondernemingen van Ahold Delhaize. Moet ik over al deze producten rapporteren?
U wordt verzocht om één rapport op te stellen voor alle dochterondernemingen van Ahold Delhaize. Het is niet nodig om aparte rapporten voor elk merk te maken, aangezien de verschillende merken dezelfde vragenlijst gebruiken voor informatie.
Op welk niveau moet ik rapporteren?
De rapportage moet op bedrijfsniveau gebeuren.
Mijn organisatie verkoopt non-food producten, moet ik dan ook rapporteren?
De rapportage en commitment verwachting is van toepassing op zowel leveranciers van food als non-food producten. Oftewel, we verzoeken ook u te rapporteren over uw uitstoot en klimaatdoelen vast te stellen.
Mijn organisatie levert inmiddels niet meer aan Albert Heijn, moet ik dan nog steeds rapporteren over onze uitstoot?
Om inzicht te krijgen in onze totale uitstoot over een betreffend jaar, vragen wij alle leveranciers die in dat jaar aan ons hebben geleverd, te rapporteren. Dus ook indien u op dit moment niet meer aan Albert Heijn levert maar dit in de gevraagde rapportage wel heeft gedaan, willen we u verzoeken alsnog te rapporteren over uw uitstoot.

De deadline komt te snel, waarschijnlijk zijn op de deadline nog niet alle benodigde gegevens beschikbaar (scope 1-2 en/of scope 3 uitstoot). Verlenen jullie uitstel van de deadline?
Aangezien wij de periode na de deadline nodig hebben voor het consolideren, valideren en rapporteren ten behoeve van de jaarverslaggeving, verlenen wij geen uitstel. We verzoeken u de rapportage zo compleet mogelijk in te dienen voor de deadline. Mocht u na de rapportagedeadline over completere en/of nauwkeurigere data beschikken, laat dit dan weten via sustainablesupplier@ah.nl.
Welke definities en methodieken adviseert Albert Heijn?
Voor organisatorische footprinting adviseren wij ten zeerste het GHG Protocol. Voor product footprinting adviseren wij om te voldoen aan Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules (EC), ISO14067 en/of de LCA-normen (ISO 14040/44).
Waar kan ik betrouwbare emissiefactoren vinden?
Er zijn tal van datasets beschikbaar, maar ze zijn niet allemaal gratis toegankelijk. We raden u aan om contact op te nemen met uw respectievelijke branchevereniging om meer specifieke emissiefactoren beschikbaar te stellen. De volgende databanken kunnen nuttig zijn:

Welke middelen stelt Albert Heijn beschikbaar om de CO2e-uitstoot te berekenen?
Op deze Klimaat Hub vindt u korte e-learning video's die u meenemen in de basisbegrippen en processtappen van het berekenen van uw uitstoot. De sectie bevat ook concrete actiepunten en tips om u op weg te helpen. Voor meer praktisch en op maat gemaakt advies verwijzen we naar andere carbon calculatie tools, e-learnings of platformen.

What should I do if I recieve an invitation from both CDP and ImpectBuying?
We ask suppliers to report only once. If you have received two invitations, you are free to choose which platform you want to use.
I have received an invitation from multiple subsidiaries. Do I need to report separately for the subsidiaries?
We ask suppliers to report at company level and to include all subsidiaries in this report. However, we do ask you to mention the subsidiaries that you include in the report.
My organization supplies products to multiple brands/subsidiaries of Ahold Delhaize. Do I have to report on all these products?
You are requested to prepare one report for all subsidiaries of Ahold Delhaize. There is no need to create separate reports for each brand, as the different brands use the same questionnaire for information.
At what level do I have to report?
Reporting must be done at company level.
My organization sells non-food products, do I also have to report?
The reporting and commitment requirement applies to both suppliers of food and non-food products. In other words, we also ask you to report on your emissions and set climate targets.
My organization no longer supplies Albert Heijn, do I still have to report on our emissions?
To gain insight into our total emissions over a given year, we ask all suppliers who have supplied us in that year to report. So even if you no longer supply Albert Heijn at the moment but have done so in the requested reporting period, we would like to ask you to report on your emissions.
What are the steps to take as a new user of CDP?

The deadline comes too soon, probably not all the necessary data will be available by the deadline (scope 1-2 and/or scope 3 emissions). Do you grant an extension of the deadline?
As we need the period after the deadline for consolidation, validation, and reporting for the purposes of the annual reporting, we do not grant any extension. We ask you to submit the report as complete as possible before the deadline. If you have more complete and/or accurate data after the reporting deadline, please let us know via sustainablesupplier@ah.nl.
What definitions and methodologies do you recommend?
For organizational footprinting, we strongly recommend the GHG Protocol. For product footprinting, we recommend complying with Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules (EC), ISO14067 and/or the LCA standards (ISO 14040/44).
Where can I find reliable emission factors?
There are plenty of datasets available, but not all of them are free to access. We recommend that you contact your respective industry association to make more specific emission factors available. The following databases may be useful:
