Rosita's BBQ rub for chicken

Eén zakje is genoeg voor ongeveer 500g vlees. Voor bereiding op de barbecue, in de koekenpan of de oven.

Serveren:

You can choose to use the rub as a marinade as well, just add some oil, honey and mustard. Stir well and spoon the marinade on your ribs and let it sit for an hour before preparing it on your grill.

Bereiding:

4 personen/30 minuten:

1. Rub the spices into the meat and let it rest for a few minutes.

2. Grill the meat on your BBQ or in your oven until cooked and nice crunchy brown.

3. Serve with Rosita's Lemon Mayo and Rosita’s Fluffy Flatbread.
