Gebruik

Serveren:
Lekker met kerrie roti op basis van kip of jackfruit! Ingredients: • 350 g chicken fillet or jackfruit • 2 tbsp oil • 250 g pre-cooked new potatoes • 250 g French green beans (or yardlong beans) • Rosita's Kerrie Roti Sauce • 2 hard boiled eggs 1. Cook the French green beans (or yardlong beans) al dente. 2. Chop the chicken breasts into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken cubes until brown. 3. Add the curry sauce to the pan together with the potatoes and simmer for about 7 minutes or until chicken cubes are cooked. Finally add the French green beans (or yardlong beans) and stir them through the sauce. When using jackfruit, cooking time may differ. Check the jackfruit packaging for the correct instructions. 4. Heat the rotis following the directions of this packaging and slice the eggs. Divide the sauce over the rotis and top with the egg slices. Enjoy your meal!
Bereiding:
Koekenpan: warm de roti vellen in een koekenpan aan beide kanten op zonder boter of olie.
Magnetron: haal de roti vellen uit de verpakking en verwarm per roti. 20 seconden op 800 Watt

Bewaren

Koel en droog bewaren. Na openen beperkt houdbaar en gekoeld bewaren.
